Suor Society / The Culture
Suor is Portuguese for sweat
For the runner who lifts, the lifter who runs, and everyone figuring it out
- San Diego
- Since 2026
- Run. Lift. Sweat.
What this is
Most hybrid content online is made by people whose whole life is training. Two-a-days, full sponsorships, 20-hour weeks. It’s inspiring. It’s also completely disconnected from anyone building this around an actual life, kids, a business, whatever the rest of your day looks like.
Suor Society is your hybrid training culture page, for people who run and lift around everything else already going on. Shoe drops, athlete spotlights, race coverage. Plus the context that’s almost always missing: the 1:10 half marathon took eight years. Your run counts the whole time you’re chasing it.
